Mud pump Bi metal liner is made of different coat materials and inner sleeve, coat for high quality carbon steel, and inner sleeve for high chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron. The inner sleeve hardness after heat treatment is not lower than HRC60, and the surface is smooth like mirroe. Products meet the requirements of API 7k standard and SY 5064-1985 standard. It is service life at normal is not less than 800 hours.
Liner outer sleeve: 45# forged steel, tensile strength >610Mpa, yield strength >450Mpa, elongation hardness>17%, hardness is HRC 180-200.
Liner inner sleeve : high chromium cast iron (centrifugal forged). Annealing hardness is HRC≤40. Quenching hardness is HRC 59-67.
Chemical composition C 2.8%-3.1%, Cr 26%-28%, Si 0.6%-0.9%, Mn 0.5%-1%, Mo 0.5%-0.8%, S.P<0.05%
